War Zones
In a final thought on the Vietnam trip, it occured to me yesterday that, as luck would have it, I've been to a good number of the countries which hosted/caused the major conflicts of the 20th century. I've been to:

Robert Capa was a famous Hungarian war photojournalist. He chronicled many conflicts including WW 2, where he landed on D-Day with the troops. His famous phrase was "If your pictures aren't good enough, you're not close enough."
Unfortunately, he got too close to a landmine in 1954, dying (appropriately enough to this blog lately!) in Vietnam.
