Christmas comes early over here!

Well, the Chinese new year festivities have more or less come to an end (although technically it's 15 days long, I think). It's very like Christmas at home - There are a few days public holiday and everyone goes home and/or visits their family members. A present ('hong bao') is also given to younger family members. It's usually a small amount of money to each young niece, daughter, brother etc. Yulie reckons however that she would still get it (maybe about 100 Euros or more in her case) from her parents if she was at home, as she is still single. Apparently, if she gets married, she has to start giving it to her parents. No wonder they want to marry her off! At least it's a reason for her to stay single!!! (phew!!!!!)
