According to herself, Monday is only stage one of the process and it could be a long road ahead! Apparently, they interview you in stages here, each time with bigger brass until you reach the top man/woman. This could drag on for bloody weeks!
Will I get through the elimination phases? Hope there's no Simon Cowell on the interview panel!

First time poster / long time reader...
After witnessing your karaoke efforts (for which I am still receiving therapy!), lets hope that
a) Simon Cowell isn't on the panel
b) your singing talents are not called upon during the interview process!
The combination would be disasterous!!
