If you're going to do something....

You have to hand it to the Singaporeans on some fronts.

I was just looking at the website for the place that I have an interview for shortly. Just doing some research for the grilling that I'll no doubt get.

You should see the facilities they have there and it's "only" the equivalent of an RTC/IT in Ireland. A flavour of what they have follows:

1. A huge new campus with unbelievable buildings
2. Track and field stadium
3. A pool complex, including an olympic size pool, training & kids pool
4. Apartment blocks for staff at reduced rent (nice one!)
5. TV, audio & dance studios for courses
6. Huge convention Centre
7. Fantastic gym, more sports halls/pitches than you could shake a stick at
8. 11 story library and an outdoor ampitheatre
9 Adventure Learning Course (whatever that is!)
10. Digital photography & animation labs
11 Hell, they even have BBQ pits and a beach volleyball court!

That's better facilities right there than all of Ireland's 3rd level institutions put together! Wish I hadn't read that now, because I might start wanting the job. That's the worse way to be going into an interview. It's like talking to a girl - the more you fancy her, the bigger the eejit you'll make of yourself!!!!
