Someone should make a song out of those sad poignant words! About to head off to the airport shortly. I'll have a long flight to ponder over how things will go. Will I like Singapore? Will I get a work permit and a job? Will the heat/humidity be cat? (I think I know the answer to that one!) Will Yulie and I get on as well as we have before? Will she discover what I'm really like?!

Found my temporary abode on Google Earth yesterday. It's on the same street as a Catholic Church - a one minute walk. Happy days, Sheila (mum) - it could be an omen! Haven't found a Buddhist temple yet in the vicinity!!
