Tis great to be alive!
You will be glad to know that my headaches have at last subsided, thanks to Dr. Yulie's advice! Her (accurate) diagnosis was low water intake. My dehydration problem has been rectified, even if it does mean almost constant drinking (second nature to an Irish man!).
Fear not, because I still have my hives to complain about! Dr Yulie has diagnosed an allergic reaction. I have finally pinpointed it as corn + extreme heat. (previously, in the US, I thought it was corn and tomato and heat!). Damn - I love corn, but not enough to end up scratching welts for days on end!
Thanks to Dr. Yulie for her headache pills, itching cream and TLC!!
