As noted in the previous post, most of the cars in Indonesia were fairly old and battered. Not surprising the way they drive over there! A lot of locals use the cheaper moped to get around, including some entrepreneurs!
Saw some mopeds with huge plywood "extensions" on them. I reckon I could have fitted in a few of them! The funniest one was a moped with a complete stall attached! It was replete with canopy, counter and glass compartments! Some ladies prefer to ride as passengers side saddle, which didn't seem a good idea to me, the way traffic works there!
It would be easier to eject them if they started nagging the driver though!!!! Sorry, dear, did I take that corner too fast?!
