Singapore Sybarites!

Went for lunch today with herself to a place she's been talking about for weeks. We met her cousin there too - my first time meeting one of the inlaws.

The restaurant serves you a main course and you can eat as much as you want from the salad bar, soup kitchen and fruit/desert tray. Bad idea, as it's a red flag to a bull for an Irish man (even me!). The picture shows me after a ginormous feed (just as well I got a picture of it, eh?!), but before the final desert.

I thought I had gotten value for money until I saw the 2 women! Herself eats as much as me most of the time (not hard, says some of you!), but the cousin kept on filling that plate! It cost under €10 each, including a 10% service charge. They definitely lost money on us!
